The Course
All three distances are out-and-back courses that start and finish at the Totem Poles of the Haida Heritage Centre in Skidegate, British Columbia. The routes follow shore roads. The course is described as reasonably flat. Runners will have views of the ocean, eagles, and ravens.

- Half Marathon: The route goes from the Haida Heritage Centre to Miller Creek road and back.
- 10k: The route goes from the Haida Heritage Centre to just beyond the Balance Rock parking area and back.
During the event week, the Skidegate Council plans to raise three new Totem Poles in the village. This ceremony is scheduled for after the last runner finishes on event day.
