Tory Hill
Tory Hill is a mountain running event in County Kilkenny organised by the Irish Mountain Running Association. The main course is 7.80 km with approximately 350 m of climb. A short course of 5.00 km is provided for juniors.

The route mixes woods, runnable trail and fire road. The first 2.4 km include about 200 m of ascent. The course includes two visits to the summit cross. The route is fully marked and GPS use is allowed.
The event is rated difficulty 5: Easy Terrain, 200 m - 500 m ascent, 6 km - 10 km. Mandatory kit level is A (basic): a showerproof, windproof jacket must be worn or carried for the duration of the race. The required kit may be finalised on the day and random kit checks may be carried out; lack of required items can lead to denied entry or disqualification. Headphones are not permitted at IMRA races.
Entries open Monday 4 May 2026 at 21:00 and close Friday 8 May 2026 at 18:00. Entry fees are €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s. Entry is limited to 250 competitors.
Access is via Mullinavat village; the approach lane to the car park from the southerly direction is in poor condition and parking at the venue is limited. Registration opens at 9.45 and closes at 10.45. Prizegiving will take place at the car park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
