Event Details
The 5k is chip-timed by Falcon Race Timing. The course is an out-and-back route through scenic, rolling countryside. The event takes place rain or shine. Refreshments are provided for all participants after the race.
A unique feature is the chance to race against a costumed "running Tomato" for bragging rights. Awards include cash prizes for the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group awards are also given in categories for men and women. Kids' activities are available during the 5k race, and the free Kids' Fun Run happens after the main race.
A free event t-shirt is offered for registrations completed by a specific date in April. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
