Tomato Festival 5K Run/Walk, Crystal Springs, Mississippi
The Tomato Festival 5K Run/Walk takes place in Crystal Springs on Saturday, June 27, 2026. The event is based at the Crystal Springs Community Center, 505 Lee Avenue, with the start and finish located at the corner of North Jackson Street and Lee Avenue. Water and fruit will be provided at the finish area, and the community swimming pool will be available after the event.

Registration details note that pre-registration guarantees a race shirt and that registration fees are non-refundable. Typical pre-registration prices include a 5K entry at $30 and a Fun Run entry at $20; race day 5K registration is listed at $40. Family and team discounts are offered for four-person entries at $100 for pre-registration only. Online registration deadlines include a shirt guarantee cutoff on Friday June 19 and an online registration close on Friday June 26. Racers who register by 8 p.m. on Wednesday June 24 may pick up packets on Friday June 26 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the gazebo in Railroad Park; others may pick up packets on race day at the Lee Avenue Community Center.
Parking will be directed by volunteers with spaces at the Lee Avenue field and the North Jackson Street parking lot. Restrooms are available at the community center pool and port-a-johns will be onsite. Awards are planned for top overall and masters finishers plus age-group places and a team championship determined by cumulative time. Proceeds benefit city beautification projects.
