Tiken Trail

The Tiken Trail is a nature race held in Saint-Vincent Sur Oust in Brittany, at the heart of the Île aux Pies. The event offers five courses of varying distances, ranging from 8 km to 50 km, suitable for all levels of runners. In addition to the main races, there are Ti’courses for children, an inter-company challenge, and a family relay.

The course traverses picturesque landscapes, including the Nantes to Brest canal and rocky cliffs. Festive activities and acrobatic segments, such as a zip line, add fun to the event, which concludes with a convivial aperitif concert. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
