About the race
The Thuringian Cancer Run "Run & Walk" is part of the prevention project "You Are Precious" and aims to motivate the population of Thuringia to engage in more physical activity, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. The event includes both individual physical activities and an in-person run, which takes place at the Lobeda-West Stadium in Jena. Participants can choose between a 400-meter track and a 5-kilometer route.
Registration is done online, and there are 1,000 starting spots available. The run not only promotes health but also supports the valuable work of the Thuringian Cancer Society e.V. in cancer prevention. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
