Three Parks Challenge 10k : event overview
The Three Parks Challenge is an established multi terrain 10 km run held on 22 May 2026. The route passes through Parc Dinefwr and Parc Penlan and goes by Parc le Conquet. A GPX route file is available for the course.
Entry is priced at £16 without an event T shirt. Runners may add the rebranded event T shirt for an additional £4; shirts are unlikely to be sold on the day. The entry fee includes cheese and wine for finishers at Cae William.
The organiser enforces a 90 minute cut off time for finishing, based on daylight and volunteer wellbeing. There are changing rooms and showers at the rugby club. Parking at the rugby club is limited; overflow parking is at Home Farm, a short walk away.
