Three Parks Challenge 10k
The Three Parks Challenge is an established multi terrain 10 km fun run held on 22 May 2026. The course is described as challenging and is presented as a route that participants will have trained for.
The route takes in Parc Dinefwr and Parc Penlan while passing Parc le Conquet. A downloadable GPX of the route is available. The event has a total of 200 places and the entry status is open.
Entry costs £16 without the event T shirt. An event T shirt can be added for £4 at the time of entry; shirts are unlikely to be available for sale on the day. Cheese and wine are provided for finishers at Cae William and are included with entry.
A 90 minute finish time cut off is enforced for participant safety and volunteer wellbeing; participants unlikely to make that time may be removed from the course. Changing rooms and showers are provided at the rugby club. Parking at the rugby club is limited and overflow parking is at Home Farm, a short walk away.
