The run takes place entirely along the paved paths of Little Mulberry Park. Packet pickup is available on December 23 and there is an option to pick up race packets the morning of the event at the pavilion.
Registration fees are tiered: $28 on or before November 1, $32 after November 1, and $35 on the day of the event. A family discount rate of $95 applies automatically when four people are registered for the same event; the discount covers only the first four registrants and subsequent entries are charged at the regular rate in effect at the time of registration. The fun run fee is $19.
Event morning activities include Christmas music, cookies, hot chocolate, door prizes and photo opportunities with Santa. Awards are given to the top overall male and female, masters male and female, grand masters male and female, and the top three finishers in male and female five-year age groups from 10 and under through 75 and up.
