About the race
The Tunnel Marathon, set to take place at the UCAP Bunker near Portsmouth, is the UK's first fully underground marathon. Scheduled for November 30, 2024, this unique event will feature a course that includes several tunnels, some requiring participants to stoop due to height restrictions. The UCAP Bunker, located 100 feet underground, has historical significance as a former Royal Navy headquarters during D-Day.
