The Paramus Run
The Paramus Run is scheduled for Sunday, October 18, 2026, at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Paramus, New Jersey. The event continues a partnership with the Valley Hospital Auxiliary and directs proceeds toward community causes.
The event program includes multiple race and walk options:
- 10K road race, USATF-NJ 700 point Masters Women’s Championship event
- 5K road race, USATF-NJ 500 point event, presented by La Bella Roma Pizzeria
- 5K health walk hosted by The Valley Hospital
- One mile fun run for children age 13 and under
Entry fees are listed for individual events and combined participation. Standard fees apply for the 10K, 5K, and walk, with a separate fee for the fun run; prices increase on September 1 and again on race day. Registration is available online through the race registration platform and on-site on race day. Pre-race packet pick-up is offered at Road Runner Sports on Route 4 West in Paramus on the Friday and Saturday before the race.
Funds raised benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Home Care’s Butterflies program for seriously ill children. The day includes awards ceremonies, a post-race gathering, and raffle drawings with winners required to be present. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
