The Terri Roemer Paramus Run
The Terri Roemer Paramus Run is staged in Paramus, New Jersey on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The event is based at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Paramus and continues a partnership with the Valley Hospital Auxiliary.
The day features multiple running and walking events and a children's fun run. Distances on the program include:
- 10K run as a USATF-NJ point event
- 5K run as a USATF-NJ point event
- 5K health walk
- One mile fun run for children age 13 and under
Proceeds from the event benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Home Care’s Butterflies program for seriously ill children. Awards ceremonies follow the main races and a post-race party and raffle are part of the event schedule; raffle winners must be present to win.
Entry fees listed for 2026 are $35 for the 10K, 5K, or walk ($32 for USATF members), $50 for participants in both the 5K and 10K, and $15 for the fun run. Fees increase on September 1 and again on race day. Registration is available online and on-site. Pre-race packet pickup is offered at Road Runner Sports on the days immediately before the event.
