The Paramus Run
The Paramus Run is a community running event held in Paramus, New Jersey on October 18, 2026. All race activities take place at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Paramus. The event continues a partnership with the Valley Hospital Auxiliary and directs proceeds to the Paramus Scholarship Fund and to Valley Home Care's Butterflies program for seriously ill children.
Multiple race options are offered:
- 10K run
- 5K run
- 5K health walk
- One mile fun run for kids age 13 and under
Entry fees listed for the event include $35 for the 10K, 5K, or walk, with a USATF rate of $32 for eligible entries. A combined entry for both the 5K and 10K is $50. The fun run fee is $15. Prices increase on September 1 and again on race day.
Registration is available online at RunSignUp and on-site on race day. Pre-race packet pick-up is offered at Road Runner Sports, 65 Route 4 West, Paramus, NJ on October 16 and October 17.
