The MTC Severn Way Ultra

The MTC Severn Way Ultra is a 57-mile point-to-point ultra along the Severn from Travelodge Worcester to Travelodge Stonehouse in Gloucestershire, passing Grimley, Worcester, Upton-on-Severn, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Epney, Priding and Frampton-on-Severn. The route is described as comparatively flat, with river meanders and varied terrain, featuring about 365m of ascent and 392m of descent. Notable features include four checkpoint stations offering vegan and gluten-free options, a bespoke finishers medal and head visor, a cup-free policy, GPX/maps navigation, and runners arranging their own transport to the start and from the finish.
