The Runsep is a 24-hour sporting event organized by Normandie SEP and Défi Sports Solidaires, scheduled for October 12 and 13, 2024, in Caen. This event is open to everyone, including runners, walkers, and families, and aims to raise public awareness about Multiple Sclerosis (MS) while promoting the importance of physical activity for people affected by this disease. Participants can choose from several formats, such as the Runsep free, the Runsep team, and the Team Runsep Solidarity relay.
