About the Race
The Raven is a trail running event held at Poe Valley State Park in central Pennsylvania. It takes place in the Seven Mountains region. The course uses mountain trails and includes singletrack, doubletrack, climbs, stream crossings, and forest roads.

Participant registration directly supports college scholarships for local high school runners, local trail systems, and public lands. The event is produced by the nonprofit Juniata Valley Striders running club. Key policies include no refunds, no bib transfers, and a deferral option for pregnancy or postpartum circumstances.
Participation Details
Registration for the event opens on January 19, 2026, and closes on September 20, 2026. There is a field limit of 200 total participants.
