The Monster Dash 5K
The Monster Dash 5K is an evening-themed 5K run/walk held at Arizona Boardwalk in Scottsdale, Arizona. The event is organized by StartLine Racing and is presented as the sixth annual Monster Dash 5K run/walk. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes and event-area characters described as monsters and mummies will be present on the course and in the event area.

In-person entries include a custom event finisher medal and a custom Dri-Fit shirt, with an option to decline the shirt for a reduced fee. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers on race day across standard youth and adult age brackets. The event uses chip timing with real-time results and photos available through the organizer's results service and mobile app.
Logistics note: packet pick-up is available the day before at Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix and also on race night at the event site. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are allowed but must start at the back of the pack. Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not permitted on the course.
