The Monster Dash 5K
The Monster Dash 5K is scheduled for October 30, 2026 at Arizona Boardwalk, East Vía de Ventura in Scottsdale, AZ. The event is organized by StartLine Racing and offers both an in-person run/walk and a virtual option.
Event options:
- 5K Run/Walk in person on the Arizona Boardwalk course
- Virtual Run run anywhere with shirt and medal mailed after the event
In-person participants receive a custom finisher's medal and a custom dri-fit shirt with an option to decline the shirt for a reduced fee. Chip timing provides real time results and event photos. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group for race day participants. Pre- and post-race snacks are provided.
Packet pick-up is available the day before at Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix and also on race night at the event location. Wheelchairs, strollers and wagons are welcome and must start at the back of the pack. Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards and motorized devices are not allowed on the course. The event is pet friendly on leash. Costumed characters will be present on the course and in the event area. The event proceeds regardless of weather and there are no refunds or transfers due to weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
