Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk
The Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk returns for its sixth annual edition at the Arizona Boardwalk in Scottsdale. This evening event takes place under the lights and features roaming monsters and mummies throughout the course and event area. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes for the run.

The 5 km course is open to strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs, with the requirement that these participants start at the back of the pack. The event is also leashed-pet friendly. The race is chip-timed, providing real-time results and photos. Registered participants for the in-person event receive a custom dri-fit shirt, a finisher's medal, and access to pre- and post-race snacks such as granola bars, fruit, water, and Gatorade. Age group awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in various categories, ranging from age 8 and under to 80 and over.
For those unable to attend in Scottsdale, the virtual option allows participants to complete the distance at any location, including on a treadmill or outdoors. Virtual participants residing in the United States receive a custom shirt and finisher's medal by mail following the event.
