The Monster Dash 5K : Arizona Boardwalk, October 30, 2026
The Monster Dash 5K is the sixth annual evening 5-kilometer run and walk held at Arizona Boardwalk in Scottsdale, AZ, presented by StartLine Racing. The event includes an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option. The virtual option is restricted to US mailing addresses and will have shirts and medals mailed after the event.
Available participant items and services include a custom event finisher's medal, a custom Dri-Fit shirt with a no shirt option for a $5 reduction, chip timing with real time results, and event photos accessible online and via a mobile app. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group, with categories from 8 & Under up to 80 & Over. Pre- and post-race snacks are provided.
Logistics and race rules note that wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome but must start at the back; bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are prohibited on course. Leashed pets are allowed. Packet pick-up is offered the day before at Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix and also on race night at the event.
