The Love Trust Colour Run
The Love Trust Colour Run is a community event held at Nokuphila School in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa. The event combines a colour run on the school sports field with a food market, music and live performances. Participants may run or walk up to five laps of the sports field and will encounter splashes of safe, biodegradable colour powder on each lap.
The event is organised to support the children of Thembisa and to mark the end of the academic year ahead of the South African festive season. A kiddies zone is provided with face painting and balloon artists.
Ticket prices are listed by age: children (18 and under) R50 and adults R100. A one-size-fits-all plain white T-shirt is available for R50 while stocks last. The event includes community-oriented attractions such as food vendors, music and stage performances intended for families.
