The Love Run – Half Marathon

Event
The Love Run takes place on February 14, 2026, at Woodley Park in Encino, CA 91316. The event offers three distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- Half marathon
Free parking is available in the park lot, with additional parking on Woodley Ave. Bibs must be worn on the front of the shirt for timing and photo tracking. Personal items may be left with staff at the registration tent; participants should bring their own bag.
Course and support
The courses use open park paths and include grass sections, a tunnel under a road, and a bridge crossing. The 5k is one loop that circles the lake. The 10k is a separate loop on the other side of the park. The half marathon follows the 10k route plus an added out-and-back to reach the full distance, and involves two laps.
Multiple water stations are placed along the routes. The finish area has an aid station with water, electrolytes, and snacks. First aid kits are available at each station, and crew members have received CPR training. Turns are marked with chalk and runner turn signs. All finishers receive a race medal; overall first place male and female in each distance receive first place medals. Results and race photos are emailed to participants the day after the race.
