The Limberlost Challenge
The Limberlost Challenge is a trail running event held at the Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada. It features a variety of distances including 7K, 14K, 28K, 42K, and 56K, with a new free 1K Kid’s Fun Run. The course offers challenging terrain with steep inclines, creeks, mud holes, and technical sections, running alongside pristine lakes and wetlands.
Participants experience a well-marked route supported by enthusiastic volunteers. The event promotes environmental awareness with a cupless race policy and a green option donating to the Muskoka Conservancy.
