The Lawford 10k
The Lawford 10k is a multi-terrain event taking place at Lawford Playing Field in Manningtree. Organized by the Manningtree Rotary in association with Lawford Football Club, the event serves as a charity fundraiser with proceeds supporting local and international causes. The course is described as flat to undulating and features regular water stations and yellow direction signage to guide participants.
