The IRON Nine 2026
The IRON Nine 2026 takes place on 18 July 2026 at Marble Hall Golf Club in Limpopo. The event is organised by ROR Events and has a typical age range from 12 years and up. The terrain is a golf course.
The format combines nine labour stations with running between each station. The course includes a total running distance of 4.8 km. Participants complete functional movement tasks at each station before moving on to the next tee.
Entry categories include Beginner Individual, Individual and Doubles with Men, Women and Mixed divisions. Doubles teams consist of two participants. The Beginner Individual class notes a U/15 discount when applicable. Entry fees vary by class.
Prizes will be awarded across the listed categories, and finishers receive medals. Goody bags are allocated to the first 100 entries. All golf club rules and the event rules and regulations apply to participants. Race numbers must be worn on the front for results to be recorded and any announcements or instructions made on race day by the race director are binding.
