The Hill Raisin' Half & Fun Run

The course follows trails in the Loess Hills including Brent's Trail of Loess Hills State Forest and routes through the Gleason Hubel Wildlife Area. Runners pass remnant prairie, hardwood forest, deep ravines, exposed ridges, narrow goat trails, and a classic Loess Hills level B dirt road called Fulton Avenue for the half marathon.
Entry fees are listed for each distance: Half Marathon $60 and 5.3 mi Fun Run $35. Registrations submitted by April 22, 2026 receive a T shirt. Registration closes on May 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. No refunds are allowed after March 17, 2026; this policy applies even if the race is canceled for inclement weather. Bib transfers are not permitted.
