The Good Creation 5K
The Good Creation 5K takes place on September 19, 2026 at 1901 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, TX. The event centers on appreciating creation and bringing the community together, and it is inspired by the story of creation in Genesis. An optional Praise & Worship Night follows the races for those who choose to stay; that gathering is described as a time of worship, encouragement, and fellowship with no pressure.

- 3.1 Miles 5K
- 1K Kids 1K fun run
Registration details list a fee of $30.00 for the 5K and $10.00 for the 1K fun run. Registration opens July 9, 2026 and closes September 19, 2026. Every 5K participant receives a custom finisher medal, a custom event shirt with a shirt giveaway deadline of August 9, and a custom event bib.
The 5K includes age group awards for the following groups: 9 and under, 10 to 14, 15 to 20, 21 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. The 1K offers awards for top young finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
