The Good Creation 5K
The Good Creation 5K is an outdoor running event held on September 19, 2026, at 1901 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, Texas. The event is inspired by the story of creation in Genesis and focuses on appreciating the natural world, time outdoors, and community gathering. Participation is open to people of faith and others; attendees may run, walk, or support participants.

Registration information and entry benefits are provided for each distance. The 5K entry fee is $30 and the Kids 1K fee is $10 (medal only). Registration opens July 9, 2026 and closes September 19, 2026. Every 5K participant receives a custom finisher medal, a custom event shirt with an August 9 shirt deadline, and a custom bib.
The 5K includes age-group awards in multiple categories spanning youth to seniors. The 1K includes awards for top young finishers. After the running portion, a Praise and Worship Night is scheduled for anyone who wishes to remain; this gathering is described as a time of worship, encouragement, and fellowship without obligation.
