The Cederberg Stage Run
The Cederberg Stage Run is a three-day trail running stage race held at Kromrivier, Cederberg Park in the Cederberg Municipality, Western Cape, South Africa, from Friday 4 September to Sunday 6 September 2026. The event lists a typical age range of 12 and above and supports solo and two-person team entries.
The race entry includes three days of trail running, a race T-shirt, seven meals (three breakfasts, three dinners and a Sunday brunch), drinks at registration and the finish line, fully stocked aid stations, conservation fees, a goody bag and category prizes. Entries are offered with early bird and normal pricing windows; normal solo entry is R7200 and early bird solo entry was listed at R6100. Entries close 15 July 2026 and a payment plan is available.
Daily race distances and elevation gain are:
- Day 1 35 km, D+1100 m
- Day 2 24 km, D+1040 m
- Day 3 9 km, D+140 m
Accommodation is not included in the race entry and is available separately at the Kromrivier Cederberg Park with options and published nightly rates for chalets, tents and camping. An on-site sports massage service is available during the weekend; pre-booking is recommended. Teams must consist of two participants per team.
