The Cederberg Stage Run
The Cederberg Stage Run is a three day stage race held at Kromrivier, Cederberg Park in the Cederberg Municipality, Western Cape from 4 to 6 September 2026. The primary race option is a 3 day stage race with entry fees listed from R7,200 per person; entries close 15 July 2026 and a payment plan is available.
The event comprises three daily stages with the following distances and elevation gains:
- Day 1: 35 km, D+1100 m
- Day 2: 24 km, D+1040 m
- Day 3: 9 km, D+140 m
Race inclusion details list seven meals (three breakfasts, three dinners and a Sunday brunch), a race T-shirt, drinks at registration and finish, fully stocked aid stations, conservation fees, a goody bag and category prizes. Elite Performance Factory will offer on-site sports massage and a self-service recovery station during the weekend; pre-booking is recommended and walk-ins are subject to availability.
Accommodation is not included with race entry. Available options at Kromrivier Cederberg Park and sample rates are: luxury chalets R3500 per night based on four persons, luxury tents R2600 per night based on four persons, and camping tents with mattress provision priced for the race period at R1440 for 3 nights for one person or R2880 for 3 nights for two people.
