The Bluffs Trail Runs
The Bluffs Trail Runs takes place in Eminence, Missouri, specifically utilizing the terrain within Echo Bluff State Park and Current River State Park. The event features a variety of distances held on single-track trails and paths near local lodges and cabins. Participants traverse areas offering views of the bluffs, rolling hills, and the Current River.
The event offers several distance options for participants:
- Half Marathon
- Half Marathon Relay (team of two)
- 15k
- 10k
- 5k
- 1 Mile Kid's Fun Run
The Half Marathon and 15k courses connect both Echo Bluff State Park and Current River State Park. These routes include 360-degree views of the bluffs and travel through areas of native vegetation. The 10k course focuses on the trails surrounding the lodging areas of Echo Bluff State Park, while the 5k is open to both runners and hikers. Children participating in the 1 mile fun run receive a medal, a bib, and a gift.
This is a cupless event. All participants must bring their own hydration vessel, such as a handheld bottle or a hydration pack, to use during their respective distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
