The Blackhorse Marathon
The Blackhorse Marathon is a multi-event day of running and rucking held on 12/11/2026 at CPT Litynski RS3, Building 184, Fort Irwin, CA 92310, United States. The programme includes road and ruck distances, a kiddie race, and a post race BBQ.

- 18.6 Miles Norwegian Foot March
- 26.2 Miles Marathon
- 13.1 Miles Half Marathon
- 5K road race
- 1K kiddie race
The Norwegian Foot March offers an opportunity to earn the Norwegian Foot March badge; registration on a separate form is required to receive the certificate and proof of completion. Registration through the Blackhorse Association is required for event enrollment and for receiving event gifts such as a t-shirt and medal. There is an option for race insurance during registration.
The marathon course will have water and aid stations along the route. Entry fees vary by event and include both free and paid options. A post race BBQ is part of the event schedule.
