About the race
Coffee Lover Run SAN DIEGO takes place at Mission Point in San Diego on April 24, 2027. The event is organized as a smaller, private group run with a capped field per wave; waves close when they fill, and a waitlist or a virtual option is available once a wave sells out.
Distances include:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 Half Marathon
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
- Virtual Run
Timing is optional: participants may track their own time with apps such as Strava, RunKeeper, or Nike Run and submit results through the event’s online form for posting. There are no timing chips. All paces and ages are welcome; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Swag is shipped to U.S. mailing addresses and includes a running T-shirt, finisher medal, a virtual training run emailed about a month before the event, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join a local running club. A lightweight technical shirt is available as an upgrade for an additional five dollars. Race bibs are handed out on race day rather than through packet pickup. Final participant information and course maps are sent to registrants by the Wednesday before race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
