The Baker's Dozen
The Baker's Dozen takes place at Woolastook Park in Upper Kingsclear, New Brunswick on July 11, 2026. The format repeats a single 6 km loop every hour for thirteen hours. Runners must complete each loop within the hour and be at the start when the next hour begins; failing to finish a loop or missing the next start removes the runner from the event. Completing all thirteen loops equals 78 km, and the final lap determines the overall winner.
The course follows single-track trail with roots, rocks, climbs, dark corners, and a long stretch noted in the course description. A main hub at the top of the hill provides volunteers, snacks on tables, and coolers stocked with water and electrolyte drinks. The event is cupless so participants should bring a reusable cup or bottle.
Parking is accessed via a gravel road uphill to two parking areas near the start and volunteers will direct traffic. Registration terms specify no race day deferrals registrations or refunds and no wait list; a transfer period will be offered after the event sells out. Basic first aid supplies will be available at the hub and emergency services can be contacted if needed. Runners are responsible for pacing themselves, staying hydrated, and fueling appropriately.
