Terrain Race Salt Lake City - Golden Spike Event Center
Terrain Race Salt Lake City takes place on September 5, 2026 at the Golden Spike Event Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The event is an obstacle and mud focused 5K course, roughly three miles, that features mud pits, walls, ropes, monkey bars, and more than 11 other obstacles arranged to fit the venue terrain.
A pre race festival opens before the first wave and includes packet pickup, warm ups, gear check, vendor booths, music, and photo opportunities. A finish line festival begins at the finish area and offers food and drinks, sponsor activations, and occasional competitions.
Registration is offered in multiple packages. The Value package includes a race bib, finisher medal, free race photos, access to all obstacles, and post race festival access; it does not include the listed insurance and venue fee. The VIP package includes Value items plus VIP check in, a 2026 tour t shirt, Terrain Race headband, drawstring bag, silicone wristband, VIP tattoo, priority wave start, and covers the insurance and venue fee.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at the Golden Spike Event Center, with on site packet pickup available on race day for an additional fee.
