About the race
The Tempo Summer 5K Series is a set of three races each run over a distance of 5K at three different locations in Warwickshire. The series is organised by Tempo Events and completing all three races may earn a Tempo Events Series T shirt. Entry for Race 3 is listed at £26.00.
Race 1 is based around Tysoe and Oxhill and uses an out and back road route; it is described as the flattest route in the series.
Race 2 is based in Pebworth and follows a circular road route that heads out on Long Marsden Road toward Dorsington and returns via Dorsington Road. This route is run on road and will have a full road closure.
Race 3 is based at Alscot Park, a private estate near Atherstone-on-Stour outside Stratford-upon-Avon. The Race 3 course combines sections on road and on trail. The series schedule runs across May, June and July with the three race days falling on 6 May, 17 June and 8 July. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
