Témis Ultra-Trail du Témiscamingue
The Témis Ultra-Trail takes place at Parc national d’Opémican in Abitibi-Témiscamingue on Saturday, August 8, 2026. The event features multiple trail routes through protected forest, cliffs, and lakes.
Distances offered:
- 1 km for ages 12 and under
- 5 km for ages 6 and up
- 10 km for ages 16 and up
- 21 km for ages 18 and up
- 50 km for ages 18 and up
All courses are marked, secured, and timed. Water points are available on every distance; aid stations are provided on the 5 km, 10 km, and 21 km routes. Kilometer markers are on course. Participants on the 21 km and 50 km routes must be self-sufficient for water.
Parking access is available and included with registration; a shuttle will transport runners to the start area. Bib pickup is scheduled the day before and the morning of the event. The participant guide will be released two weeks before the race. On-site services include a snack, changing area, and toilets.
Medals are awarded on male and female podiums by age category for each distance except the 1 km, which receives participation medals. No overall podium or prize money is offered.
