Témis Ultra-Trail du Témiscamingue
The Témis Ultra-Trail takes place on Saturday August 8 2026 at Opémican National Park in Témiscaming. The event offers multiple trail distances including a new 50 km course and highlights the region’s pine forests, cliffs and lakes.
Several activity zones will be available throughout the day. Parking is accessible and its cost is included with registration. Registration deadline is August 6 2026 at midnight.
Offered distances
- 1 km: 12 years and under, walk or run
- 5 km: 6 years and older, walk or run
- 10 km: 16 years and older, running only
- 21 km: 18 years and older, water self-sufficiency required
- 50 km: 18 years and older, water self-sufficiency required
All courses are marked, secured and timed. Water points are provided on all distances; aid stations are available for the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km routes. Kilometre markers are present on the courses.
On-site services include a snack for participants, changing rooms and toilets. A women’s and a men’s podium with medals by age category will be presented for each distance except the 1 km, which receives a participation medal. No overall podium or monetary prizes are planned.
