Tatton Park 5K and 10K, 9 October 2027
The event is held at Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire (WA16 6QN). Two accurately measured, chip timed distances are offered. The course is undulating and takes place on road-closed park roads, primarily tarmac with a short gravel section. The 10k route records an elevation gain of 61 m.
Included with entry are a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post race goodies, bag drop and free parking. An event village provides food, drink and finish-line items. A water station is available at the halfway point of the 10k and water is provided at the finish; the 5k does not pass a water station.
Practical information: race packs are posted to entrants ahead of the event; there is free parking on site next to the event village and cycle racks at the main park entrances. Knutsford Railway Station is approximately half a mile from the park entrance. Portable toilets are provided and a secure marquee is available for baggage.
The event lists The Christie Charity as its 2027 Charity of the Year, raising funds for The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome but should be mindful of mixed terrain; dogs are not permitted to run but are allowed in the event village on a lead. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
