A live tribute-style performer will perform for at least 45 minutes before the race to provide a warm-up and sing-along opportunity. A DJ and sound team will provide music at the start. Music guides carrying speakers will run along the course, although continuous music coverage for the entire route is not guaranteed.
All participants receive chip-timed race bibs and will get an official time after the run. The event includes a special-edition finisher’s medal; a limited-edition finisher’s T-shirt is available as an optional extra. Professional photographers will take event photos and these will be available for free on the organiser’s website within 72 hours.
Post-race refreshments include fresh fruit. The event is described as inclusive and open to all ages. Paid parking is available at the venue. The organiser’s stated refund policy is no refunds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
