Event Details
The Sweet & Sour 5K/10K/15K takes place on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The event is held in Sugar Hill, Georgia, with the start and finish area located in front of the Eagle Theater.

Course and Features
All participants run the same course, which goes down Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, through E.E. Robinson, and back, with different turnaround points for each distance. The event uses chip timing. Self-serve water stations are located approximately every 1.5 miles. Participants must maintain a minimum pace of 16 minutes per mile for the longest distance.
Awards and Amenities
Every finisher receives a custom medal. Awards are given for each distance. Categories include the top three overall male and female finishers, top three masters (40+), grand masters (50+), and senior masters (60+), and the top three in standard five-year age groups from 10 & under to 80+.
