Event overview
The Sweet & Sour 5K/10K/15K takes place on March 15, 2026 in Sugar Hill, Georgia. The event offers in-person and virtual options. The in-person start and finish are located in front of the Eagle Theater at 5029 W. Broad St. NE. The course uses the Sugar Hill Greenway and chip timing is provided. All finishers receive a custom finisher medal.

Awards, rewards and partners
Awards are given to the Top 3 overall male and female, Top 3 overall Masters (40+), Grand Master (50+), Sr. Master (60+), and Top 3 in each age group from 10 and under through 80+. The 5K finishers receive a sweet treat, 10K finishers receive a sour drink or beer, and 15K finishers earn both rewards. The charity partner is the Georgia Alliance Against Breast Cancer.
Registration, packet pickup and policies
Registration fee tiers include preview, early bird, regular, late, and race day prices for each distance. Participants registered by March 5 are guaranteed race swag in their size. Packet pickup is offered on race morning starting one hour before the race; early pickup may be added. All registrations are final; there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments.
