Suzapalooza Family Fun 4K
Suzapalooza Family Fun 4K is an annual community walk and run scheduled for August 22, 2026 at the Barr Township Rod & Gun Club, 678 Dutch Run Rd, Nicktown, PA 15762. The event features a 4K Fun Run/Walk open to runners, joggers and walkers.
This edition marks the 16th year of the Suzapalooza event. The event was started after an organizer received a cancer diagnosis in 2009; the original purpose was to reflect the community support that helped during that illness and to pay that support forward.
The 2026 event will benefit a local person and their family from Ebensburg who was diagnosed earlier in 2026 with colon cancer and is receiving ongoing treatments. Funds raised at the event are designated to support that family and their needs during treatment.
