Supporting Humanity 10K / 5K Moonwalk and Run 2026
The Supporting Humanity MoonWalk 2026 is a charity night walk and run in central London on Saturday 26 September 2026. The route assembly point is Trinity Square Gardens outside Tower Hill Station.
The event raises funds for burial and bereavement support and for community-based mental health and wellbeing services, including a free emotional support helpline. The entry fee is £5 and the organiser sets a suggested fundraising target of £100 per participant; one fundraising page per family is permitted.

- 5K walking route (accessible option)
- 5K running route
Routes pass London landmarks at night and the event features illuminated clothing, music and a communal finish with food. Participants should be independently mobile and under 18s must be supervised by an adult. Typical completion times vary by pace from under 1.5 hours for power walkers to up to 3 hours for a social pace. Attendees are advised to bring suitable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, water and a fully charged phone. Tickets are non-refundable.
