Summit Showdown 10 Mile & 5k

The Summit Showdown 10 Mile & 5k takes place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, in Dacula, Georgia. The event is organized by Team Summit and is held at Little Mulberry Park. The venue address is 3855 Fence Rd NE, Dacula, GA 30019.

Events and course details

10 Mile - roughly 1,400 ft of vertical gain; a halfway aid station with bathrooms is at the 5 mile mark.
5K - roughly 500 ft of vertical gain; the course crosses one of the highest points in Gwinnett County.

Course maps are posted on Strava. Winners of each event receive entry to the Yonah Mountain Vertical Race in February. Post-race pancakes and coffee will be available. A discount is offered for local run clubs; participants should contact the organizer for details. Current entry prices shown are $55 for the 10 Mile and $35 for the 5K.
