Summit Showdown : event overview

The Summit Showdown is scheduled for Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Little Mulberry Park in Dacula, GA (3855 Fence Rd NE, Dacula, GA 30019). The event is organized by Team Summit and includes the following distances:

5K

Course and event details

The 10 Mile course has roughly 1,400 ft of vertical gain. A halfway aid station with bathrooms is located at the 5-mile mark. The 5K course has roughly 500 ft of vertical gain and crosses one of the highest points in Gwinnett County. Course maps are available on Strava.

Prizes include entry to the Yonah Mountain Vertical Race in February for the winners of each event. After the races there will be post-race pancakes and coffee.
