Sugar Rush Color Run 5K
The Sugar Rush Color Run 5K is held as part of the Sugar Rush Arts Festival and takes place along the Sugar Hill Greenway. The course includes multiple color stations and is supported by volunteers, creating a festival-style atmosphere for participants.
The event provides a custom finisher medal for those who cross the finish line. Awards are presented to the top male and female finishers in standard five-year age groups, with winners recognized by age division.
Registration options include an in-person 5K and a virtual race. Registration pricing and deadlines listed by the organizer are:
- 5K: Regular registration $35, late registration $37.50, race day $40; selecting no shirt reduces the fee by $5.
- Virtual race: $35.
Participants who register by October 7 are guaranteed race swag in their chosen size; afterwards swag is available while supplies last. Teams and fundraising options are available through the event's group programs.
The virtual race allows participants to run or walk at a location of their choice, submit results online after the event date, and view official results the Monday following the event.
