Suffolk Mind Colour Rush 2026
Suffolk Mind Colour Rush is a charity fun run held at Venue 16, Ipswich on 27 June 2026. Participants start in white shirts and pass through multiple coloured powder stations manned by staff and volunteers. The powder is applied between the shoulders and the knees and is sourced from Ministry of Colour; it is described as non toxic and made from corn starch and natural dyes. Sunglasses or goggles are recommended and people with asthma or other respiratory conditions are asked to consider whether the event is suitable for them.
There are two short trails to choose from:
- 3 km trail open to age 6 and above, children must be accompanied by an adult
- 1.5 km trail open to age 4 and above, children must be accompanied by an adult
The route runs mainly on mown grass and may be muddy or slippery in places. The event welcomes walkers, joggers and runners but organisers cannot guarantee full pushchair or wheelchair accessibility. On crossing the finish line, participants receive a bespoke Colour Rush medal. Food and drink will be available from a food truck and a refill station will be provided at the finish. There is free on site parking and no secure baggage storage. Dogs are not permitted except assistance, PAT and authorised security dogs.
