Suffolk Mind Colour Rush
Suffolk Mind Colour Rush is an in-person community event held at Venue 16 in Ipswich that supports mental health services in the county. The event offers short, accessible colour route options with stations where volunteers will apply coloured powder paint as participants pass. On crossing the finish participants receive a bespoke Colour Rush medal.
Two route options are available:
- 3k trail open to runners, joggers and walkers age 6+ (children accompanied)
- 1.5k trail open to runners, joggers and walkers age 4+ (children accompanied)
The event is organised by Suffolk Mind and notes free parking and an in-person attendance mode. Tickets and event t-shirts are available through the organiser. The event policy specifies no refunds.
