The Stuiben Trailrun takes place in the picturesque surroundings of Umhausen and offers a unique trail running experience. Participants have the option to choose from various distances, including the Stuiben Sprint over 4 km as well as longer routes up to 42 km. A special highlight is the ascent of the 728 natural and steel steps of Tyrol's largest waterfall, the Stuibenfall.
