Stronger Together DV Awareness 5K - Clayton
The Stronger Together event in Clayton is organized to raise awareness of domestic violence and to fund free services for survivors provided by Harbor, Inc. of Johnston County. The event location is 325 McCullers St, Clayton, NC 27520. TAP Properties, LLC is listed as the presenting sponsor.
The event offers two distances and race amenities including a race bib with timing chip, a finisher participation award for all registered participants, post race refreshments, and community vendors. Registered participants receive an official Stronger Together 5K race T shirt; a T shirt is guaranteed for participants registered by October 1.
Registration opens on August 8. Early bird pricing applies through September 17; higher fees apply for later registrations. Published fees include early and later pricing for the 5K and the 1 Mile Fun Run Walk and team rates for 5K entries. Early packet pick up is scheduled for October 16 at Pizazz, 132 E Main St, Clayton, NC 27520. Race day packet pick up is also available.
Competitive awards are planned for the top three overall female and male finishers and for the top male and top female in the age groups 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, and 50 and over.
