Stride for Hope 5K and Kids Fun Run : Delta
Stride for Hope is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 400 N Palmer Street in Delta, Colorado. The event combines an adult 5K run/walk with a separate kids fun run and takes place during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
The event includes these distances:
- 5K (3.11 Miles)
- 1 Mile Kids Fun Run
The event is hosted by Confluence Run/Walk Club and benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Participation supports fundraising and awareness for childhood cancer and the stated mission that families do not receive bills from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food. Official timing will be provided by Scott Meets.
Registration for the event opens July 30, 2026 and closes September 18, 2026. Standard registration fees listed are $30.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the Kids Fun Run. Same day registration will be available with increased fees of $40 for the 5K and $20 for the Kids Fun Run. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to Lions Pavilion.
