Stramilano Running Club S.S.D. a r.l. organizies events in Milan on 21 March 2027. The programme includes three routes:

• 10 km
• 5 km
• 21,097 km

The Stramilano 10 km and the Stramilanina 5 km are organised as amateur, non‑competitive events with free pace and no official rankings. The 10 km and 5 km start from Piazza Duomo; the half marathon starts from Piazza Castello. Participation is open to people of all ages. Use of rollers, scooters and other wheeled devices is not permitted except for wheelchairs, pushchairs and race chairs.

Registrations open 15 June 2026. The entry fee is €15 for the first 5,000 online registrations between 15 June and 15 September 2026, and €18 for subsequent registrations up to 21 March 2027. Fees are non‑refundable. In‑person registrations and purchases at official points or at the Centro Stramilano must be activated online for insurance purposes; online registrations do not require activation. Payment methods and deadlines vary by channel.

The entry package includes the official race bag with numbered bib, official T‑shirt and medal, magazine, sponsor items and a daily membership for insurance during the event. A combined Baby+Parent option is available for a parent with a child aged 0 to 4 years for €25 and includes an adult race bag and a baby T‑shirt.

Refreshment points are planned on the routes and at the arrival. Medical coverage is provided by A.R.E.U. Photographs and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes and stored by the organiser. The organiser may modify the rules and registration procedures and is not obliged to refund fees if the event is cancelled for reasons beyond its control.
