54th Stramilano
The Stramilano is a long-standing running event in Milan that combines sports, friendship, and solidarity. The 2027 edition marks the 54th anniversary of the race. The event offers different distances to accommodate various types of participants, from competitive athletes to casual runners.

- 21.097 km (Stramilano Half Marathon)
- 10 km (Stramilano)
- 5 km (Stramilanina)
The Stramilano Half Marathon is a competitive race classified as a FIDAL Gold event. It starts from Piazza Castello. For this distance, the organizers provide pacemakers to help athletes maintain a steady tempo, and an athlete village is available.
The 10 km and 5 km events are non-competitive runs open to everyone. Both of these distances start from Piazza Duomo. The 5 km version is specifically referred to as the Stramilanina.
Participants receive a race kit as part of their registration. Online registration is handled through the Endu platform. The event is supported by various institutions, including the Italian Army, the Air Force, and the Carabinieri. Practical services such as urban transport, parking information, and airport connections are provided for participants traveling to Milan.
