Stow-on-the-Wold 10K
The Stow-on-the-Wold 10K is a closed-road 10 km race through the historic market town of Stow-on-the-Wold in the Cotswolds. The route starts and finishes in Stow Market Place and passes through the town's recognisable streets and landmarks, offering views of honey coloured stone buildings and surrounding countryside.
The event is delivered by Future Sports events LTD and is part of the Cotswolds 10k Series, which groups multiple races including Cirencester and Tewkesbury. Individual entry was listed at £30 and a series entry option was listed at £90 for the grouped races.
Participant feedback highlights that the course is scenic and notably hilly, with a significant climb late in the race. Reports describe clear route marking and visible marshals, parking arranged in a field at some editions, and a town centre atmosphere around the market square. Some participants suggested more toilets and an extra water station before the steep section, and a few noted that race results could be posted sooner.
