Stomp Out the Stigma 5K - Kendallville
The Stomp Out the Stigma 5K Run/Walk is the 14th annual event scheduled for September 12, 2026, in Kendallville, Indiana (coordinates 41°26'39.0"N 85°15'06.3"W). The event raises funds to support New Hope Clubhouse and to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness.
New Hope Clubhouse serves adults from DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble and Steuben counties. The Clubhouse is accredited by the International Center for Clubhouse Development and is one of more than 300 clubhouses worldwide. It offers opportunities for socialization, skill development, employment and other member activities that help participants regain confidence and self-esteem for living and working in the community.
Proceeds from the event are designated for the Clubhouse educational fund, social outings and other member projects. Awards will be presented to the top two finishers. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by August 15.
Registration information lists an individual 5K entry fee of $30 and a team entry fee (three or more registrants) of $25; listed prices are subject to processing and taxes. The event is planned to proceed in rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
