The St Jude Autumnfest 5K takes place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in Indianapolis, IN. The event includes a 5K Run/Walk and a Kids Race (about 50 yards). The 5K follows a 3.1-mile route around the south side of Indianapolis. Proceeds benefit St. Jude Catholic Church Youth Ministries.
