St Cyrus 10K
The St Cyrus 10K takes place on 21 June 2026 in the coastal village of St Cyrus. The course is described as undulating, scenic and accurately measured. The event is organised by St Cyrus Solos Running Club and is held under Association of Running Clubs rules.
Timing is by chip timing provided by Thistle Timing. A finishers medal will be awarded and prizes will be given to major category winners and to qualifying teams. Entry is limited to 350 places; the standard entry fee is £24 with a £2 discount for ARC and SA affiliated members. Online entries close on 10 May or when spaces are filled. No deferrals, transfers or refunds are permitted.
Race t shirts are offered via a Trees not Tees option allowing entrants to choose a t shirt or have a tree planted with certification sent by email. Parking is in the field next to Ecclesgreig Park; parking at the village hall and on the adjacent road is not allowed. Registration is at St Cyrus Village Hall on Main Road and is a short walk to the start. Competitors must collect their own race number and random ID checks will be carried out. Club team entries must state the team at sign up.
Competitors must be at least 16 years of age on the race date. Dogs on short leads and pushchairs are allowed but those entrants should position themselves at the back of the field. Headphones are prohibited on the open road course. There will be one water stop. First aid is provided by Scot Medical and toilets and refreshments will be available near the start and finish.
