St Cyrus 10K - 21 June 2026
The St Cyrus 10K is the sixth edition of a coastal road race hosted by St Cyrus Solos Running Club. The route is described as undulating, scenic and accurately measured, with chip timing provided by Thistle Timing. The event is held under Association of Running Clubs rules and awards prizes to major category winners and to teams. Finishers receive a medal.
Location and logistics are based in the village of St Cyrus, with the start and finish at the park on Ecclesgreig Road DD10 0BH. Registration takes place in the St Cyrus Village Hall and is a one minute walk from the start line. Participants must collect their own race number in person; random ID checks may be carried out and number transfers are prohibited.
Entry details include a standard fee of £24 and a discounted rate of £22 for qualifying affiliated members. Online entries close on 10 May or once the 350 places are filled. The organiser notes this is a running race and asks entrants to expect to complete the course in under 1 hour 45 minutes. No deferrals, transfers or refunds are permitted.
Additional provisions: one water stop on course, first aid provided by Scot Medical, parking in the field next to Ecclesgreig Park, food and drinks available at the start and finish, and toilets in the village hall and at the start/finish area.
