Entry, cost and included items
Standard registration for the 5k is listed at $30, with a discounted price of $25 for ages 1-20. Registration includes a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine stopper, and a chip-timed race bib. Minors receive the shirt, medal and bib but do not receive the wine glass or a wine pour.
Timing, awards and options
The race is timed and scored by J3 Timing, with results posted online at J3Timing.com. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each 10-year category: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 & over. Competitive runners must start with the first group to be eligible for age group awards; awards must be picked up the day of the event.
Packet pickup is available on race morning only, beginning one hour before the race. A virtual participation option is offered, with the choice to pick up a packet locally or have it shipped for an additional handling fee.
