Sprout Love - Summer 5K
The Sprout Love - Summer 5K is a student-led event organized by the National Honor Society of Dexter High School. It is the sixth annual running of the Summer 5K and is open to the public at no cost. The event aims to raise $10,000 for the Sprout Love Initiative of the Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor and reports that 100 percent of proceeds will support families impacted by cancer in the community.
Participants can complete a 5K by running, walking, rolling, or strolling; the 5K is a non-chipped fun run/walk. The event includes outdoor family activities and is expecting more than 200 attendees. The venue is Dexter High School at 2200 N Parker Rd, Dexter, MI 48130.
Race registration details are provided: early registration is $25 and includes race entry, a race t-shirt, and a commemorative medal. Registration increases to $30 starting May 17.
