Event overview
The Spring Sprint 5K & Fun Run is the fifth annual event held at Mont Belvieu City Park, 10900 Eagle Dr, Mont Belvieu, TX, on March 21, 2026. The event includes a family 5K run/walk and a 1K fun run. All registered participants receive a t-shirt and a medal. Registration pages list early-bird and regular pricing for both distances.

Course and safety
The 5K course starts and ends at Mont Belvieu City Park, uses city streets and sidewalks, and finishes the last mile on the gravel trail that loops around the park. The 5K route description notes exiting the park, turning left onto Eagle Drive, making a U-turn at Royal Palm Drive onto the sidewalk, then returning to the park to transition onto the gravel loop. The 1K starts and ends at the park start/finish, runs toward the stoplight at Eagle Drive, makes a U-turn, and returns to the start.
Route support includes wayfinding signs and arrows, an MBPD side-by-side leading the field, and an MBFD bike unit serving as sweeper and available to assist.
