Spirit of Magic Valley Half Marathon - 10K - 5K - Kids 1 Mile
The event takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 in Twin Falls, Idaho, at 4155 Shoshone Falls Grade. The day features four race distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- Kids 1 Mile
All races are held along the Snake River Canyon Rim Trail and begin and end at Shoshone Falls. The course passes several local landmarks, including Perrine Bridge and the Evel Knievel Jump Site.
Aid stations are positioned along the courses and offer water and Gatorade. For the half marathon, aid station locations include Evil Knievel Jump Site (Mile 1.9 and Mile 11.2), Eastland/Pole Line Trailhead (Mile 3.1 and Mile 10.0), Visitor Center (Mile 4.3 and Mile 8.8), Waterfall Bridge (Mile 5.4 and Mile 7.7), Washington/Federation (Mile 5.9 and Mile 7.2), and the Perrine Road cul de sac turnaround for the half marathon (Mile 6.55).
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, June 5 from 5pm - 7pm at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 1939 Fillmore St, Twin Falls. Registration includes a cotton/polyester event shirt and finish line food. A finisher medal is available for an additional $10. The race shirt deadline is May 23.
The Run It Forward Foundation owns and operates the event. The foundation supports the growth and development of young athletes and provides assistance for entry fees, housing, food, apparel, coaching expenses, and related needs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
