Spence Mountain Run - May 30, 2026
The Linkville Lopers present the 8th annual Spence Mountain Run near Klamath Falls, Oregon at 19040 Eagle Ridge Road. The course has been used in its current layout for five years and is approximately 95 percent single track trail and 5 percent forest/logging road. Distances offered include:
- 50K
- 30K
- 1/2 Marathon
- 5 Miler
Course maps and Strava route files are available for the half marathon and 30K. The 50K follows the half marathon course for the first lap and the 30K course for the second lap. Aid station locations are specified by distance: the half marathon has aid at Junction 5 (mile 5 and mile 8) and Junction 7 (mile 11); the 30K includes water only at mile 4.5, aid at Highway 140 (mile 9.2), water only at Northstar Junction (mile 12), and Junction 7 (mile 15.5); the 50K includes the half marathon aid sequence plus water only at mile 17.5, Highway 140 (mile 22.2), water only at Northstar Junction (mile 25), and Junction 7 (mile 28.5).
Food tickets are included with all distances except the 5 Miler; the 5 Miler requires a purchased meal add-on. Race day registration is allowed but meals will not be available same day. All races have a 3pm cutoff. Registration closes Thu, May 28 at 11:59 PM PT. Nearby lodging options include Running Y Resort, which offers a discounted room rate with the code "Spence."
